Service 02

Data recovery & backup.

Photos, client files, tax records — when a drive fails or files disappear, we work carefully to get them back. Then we make sure you're never one failure away from losing them again.

Drive clicking or grinding? Turn it off.

Every minute a physically failing drive spins can cause more damage. Don't run recovery software, don't open it, and don't put it in the freezer. Power it down and call us.

What we recover from

Deleted files

Accidentally deleted folders or emptied recycle bins.

Failing drives

Drives with bad sectors, slow reads, or SMART warnings.

Formatted media

Reformatted drives, USB sticks, and camera cards.

Dead computers

Files pulled from machines that no longer boot.

External & NAS drives

USB enclosures and small-office network storage.

Corrupted volumes

Partitions that show as RAW or ask to be formatted.

Honest limits

When we refer it out

We handle logical recovery and drives that are still readable. Drives with failed read heads or seized motors need a cleanroom lab. If yours does, we'll tell you after evaluation, help you package it safely, and coordinate with a specialist lab — you'll approve their quote directly before any lab work happens.

Never again

Backup setups that run themselves

Local copy

Automatic backups to an external drive or office NAS for fast restores.

Off-site copy

Encrypted cloud backup so a fire, theft, or hurricane doesn't take everything.

Tested restores

For business clients, we test-restore files on a schedule to prove backups work.

Recovery FAQ

Can you guarantee recovery?

No one honestly can. Overwritten data and badly damaged media may be unrecoverable. That's why you see the recoverable file list before paying for recovery.

What do I bring for the recovered files?

A new external drive with enough space, or we can supply one. Files are never returned on the drive that failed.

Do you look at my files?

Only file names and folder structure to confirm recovery, and spot-checks of specific files you ask us to verify.
